Samutsakorn | URC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of snack products under Jack’n Jill brand from Philippines which includes Fun-O, Tivoli, Roller Coaster, Dewberry, and more. To demonstrate the industry best practices, their 6 factories in Thailand have received FSSC 22000 V 5.1 certificate, a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognition food safety standard required by the world’s leading food retailers.
At the presentation ceremony to mark this milestone, Mr. Sumeth Hutintrawong, Commercial Manager of Bureau Veritas Certification (Thailand), presented the Food Safety System Certification Version 5.1 (FSSC 22000 V 5.1) certificate to Mr. Tanant Suwanraks, Vice-Presidents and BU General Manager, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and Mr. Boonyarat Chunet, QA & Sustainability Manager and Food safety team Leader, together with Management and Quality Management System team of URC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. at the factory of URC located in Samutsakorn Industrial Estate.
FSSC 22000 certification implies that all products from URC are manufactured by the food safety risk control process along the value chain. They are concerned about hygiene and health of consumers and move forward to be a better manufacturer and distributor under Jack’n Jill brand, in order to implement their purpose "Delight everyone with good food choices".
