  • Permitting Application Monitoring: We ensure that project documents comply with Building Permit processes and relevant local laws and codes. This applies to construction, demolition, additions, or renovations, including adherence to utility specifications (water, electricity, gas) and changes in property use.
  • Design Verification: We conduct independent reviews of design drawings and technical documents (including calculation notes and descriptions) to assess their conformity with project specifications and applicable codes and standards selected by the client.
  • Schedule, Quantity, and Cost Monitoring: We provide independent, periodic inspections of predetermined tasks related to the estimated schedule, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and costs.   • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC): We review the Quality Plan and perform inspections throughout the construction process, assisting the Project Owner in verifying the effective implementation of the approved Quality Plan.
