Bureau Veritas Certification, an independent certification body accredited by ASI to deliver Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) certification, has been contracted by Forest Industry Organization (North-East Region) to perform an FSC forest management certification audit for the Forest Industry Organization (North-East Region) (area of 23105.707 ha), it owns or manages in Khonkaen, Kalasin, BuengKan, Loei, Udon Thani, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Sakon Nakhon, Surin, Buriram, Chaiyaphum, Sisaket, Ubon Ratchathani, and Mukdahan Province. The audit will take place between November 27th till December 1st 2023 to evaluate conformity with the BV locally adapted Forest Stewardship Council’s Standard.
