Bureau Veritas Certification, an independent certification body accredited by ASI to deliver Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) certification, has been contracted by FOREST INDUSTRY ORGANIZATION (SOUTH REGION) to perform an FSC forest management certification audit for the FOREST INDUSTRY ORGANIZATION (SOUTH REGION) Forest (area of 14,096.04 ha), it manages in Chumpon, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Surat Thani, Krabi, Trang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Ranong and Songkla provinces, Southern of Thailand. The audit will take place begin on 18-22 July 2022 to evaluate conformity with the BV locally adapted Forest Stewardship Council’s Standard.
