Bureau Veritas Certification, an independent certification body accredited by ASI to deliver Forest Stewardship CouncilTM (FSCTM) certification, has been contracted by EUCALYPTUS THAI COMPANY LIMITED to perform an FSC forest management certification audit for EUCALYPTUS THAI COMPANY LIMITED (area of 878.83 ha), it owns or manages in Sa Kaeo provinces of Thailand. The audit will take place between 14-17 October 2025 to evaluate conformity with the FSC-STD-THA-01-2024 EN: The FSC Forest Stewardship Standard for the Kingdom of Thailand.

The FSC certification audit will cover all the social, economic and environmental aspects of forest management in conformity with the FSC certification requirements, and Bureau Veritas Certification’ evaluation process will follow all the FSC requirements.
You have been identified as an important stakeholder in this Forest Stewardship Council certification process. We would welcome any comments and/or remarks you may have regarding the performance and forest management practices of EUCALYPTUS THAI COMPANY LIMITED
We would very much appreciate any comment you may have on the following:
• The performance of our client in EUCALYPTUS THAI COMPANY LIMITED. and any important aspects you may be aware of. We would be very grateful if you could provide us specific and factual information on forest manager performance so that the situation can be scrutinized during the audit and evaluated against FSC certification requirements.
• Any activity undertaken by the company in forests or forest areas that are not covered by the scope of this Bureau Veritas Certification’ audit but you may consider to be not fully in line with the FSC certification requirements.
We would also be happy to meet with you and any other interested stakeholder to discuss FSC certification requirements, Bureau Veritas Certification processes and/or the performance of EUCALYPTUS THAI COMPANY LIMITED. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you think that such public meeting would be important. Our audit team would be happy to discussing particular issues and answering any questions you may have during such meeting.
The stakeholder consultation process is open until 17th October 2025. Bureau Veritas Certification will take into account all comments received during this period, and also any comment received during the audit. Comments received after the audit may also be considered and addressed in the certification report, whenever relevant and possible.
All information provided to Bureau Veritas Certification will be held strictly confidential.
